In Ayodhya, B Karunakara Reddy, the chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), currently present to partake in the consecration of the Lord Ram temple, has handed over laddus from the temple to a representative of the Ram Mandir Trust on Sunday.

The TTD, the designated custodian of the Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirupati, has consented to provide one lakh laddus for the consecration ceremony of the Ayodhya Ram temple scheduled for Monday.

Each laddu, weighing 25 grams, is intended for distribution among the attendees during the consecration proceedings. Recently, these laddus were dispatched in 350 boxes via a cargo plane from Tirupati Airport to Ayodhya.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is considering taking legal action against individuals responsible for leaking the photograph of the Ram Lalla idol with its eyes unveiled, which gained widespread attention on social media last Friday. Suspecting that some personnel engaged in the temple construction project might have leaked the image, the Trust is preparing to initiate appropriate measures against them. Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, expressed strong disapproval when the initial image of the new Ram Lalla idol, featuring uncovered eyes, surfaced publicly three days prior to the consecration ceremony scheduled for January 22 in Ayodhya (IANS).
