INGREDIENTS :
1 bowl Pohe
1 cup water
2 tbsp besan
4 tbsp corn flour
Oil for deep fry
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp citric acid
1 tea spoon black salt
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions :
Step 1 : Firstly grind the pohe, then add besan, red chiily powder 1/2 tbsp,white salt to taste and add warm water to make a dough.Rest it for cool.
Step 2 : Then add corn flour and 2 tbsp oil in dough and mix it well.
Step 3
Then make a roll from dough like small pencil with the help of hand. After making all the rolls deep fry it.
Step 4
Then add black salt, citric acid and red chilli powder in kurkure and mix it well. Ready to eat.
